These terms govern all website interactions and professional consultations conducted under our banner. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the "Client" or "User") and Australian Business Consultants. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with the "Effective Date" serving as the primary version control.

Service Scope & Limitations
Registry: Brisbane CBD Office01. Advisory Limits
While we provide comprehensive strategic oversight, our consultants do not provide legal or certified taxation advice. We recommend clients consult with their legal counsel regarding ASIC regulatory shifts or High Court labor rulings.
02. Information Accuracy
The integrity of our consultancy depends on the data provided by the client. Australian Business Consultants is not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate stakeholder alignment data or outdated P&L statements provided during the audit phase.
03. Third-Party Links
Our platform may contain links to federal budget portals or third-party logistics trackers. We do not endorse or assume liability for the content or privacy practices of these external entities.
A Commitment to Transparency
We avoid the Silicon Valley "hype" cycles. Our terms are designed to reflect the sober reality of the Australian market corridor—from Brisbane's tech hubs to the mining sectors of North Queensland and the logistics routes to Melbourne. We prioritize cash-flow stability over aggressive, uncalculated growth.
Any engagement with our consultants implies an understanding of the trade-offs involved in operational scaling. We maintain domestic quality control and require local advisors for on-site strategy sessions to ensure cultural and operational alignment.
Proprietary Assets
The "Market Authority Matrix" and all associated risk mitigation scorecards are the exclusive property of Australian Business Consultants. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these Deliverables within their specific legal entity for internal operational improvements only.
Liability Caps
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Australian Business Consultants' total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific project segment in question. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from market shifts.

Asset Protection & Stakeholder Alignment
In the landscape of Australian commerce, protecting intellectual property is as critical as navigating payroll tax thresholds. We provide our partners with tools—such as our Investment Readiness Audit—on the condition that these frameworks remain confidential. Redistribution of our proprietary methodologies to third-party competitors constitutes a direct breach of these terms.
Termination of Services: Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees for project milestones reached must be settled. Australian Business Consultants reserves the right to cease services immediately if a client is found to be in violation of ASIC regulations or Fair Work complexities.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Australian Business Consultants and its directors from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the provided strategic deliverables.
Governing Law
"Issues not addressed herein shall be governed by the laws of the State of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes shall be settled within the jurisdiction of the Brisbane courts."
